Client Service Representative
Veterinary Surgical Centers (VSC), a multi-facility small animal surgical, neurological and rehabilitation referral-only practice is seeking an experienced, organized, Client Service Representative to join our multiple boarded doctor practice in our Vienna, VA and Leesburg, VA locations.  We are currently seeking to fill a part-time or full-time position and the successful candidate must possess strong communication skills both written and verbal; strong mediation and problem solving skills; be process oriented; posses a positive attitude, self-motivation, and excellent organization and leadership skills. 

Job Description
VSC's Client Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for overall daily operations and accounting transactions of our front desk. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to direct client interaction; understanding and managing doctor schedules; coordinate patient medical record and account status between six interdepartmental groups; liaison between referral veterinarians, LVTs and clients. 

Responsibilities
1. Service Management: Excel VSC's Client Services to ensure our utmost quality and care. 
2. Client/Account Management: Maintain positive Client relationships/high levels of client satisfaction as a basis for continued patient care. 
3. Administrative/Other Tasks: Conduct administrative, support, and communications tasks as required by VSC management. 
4. Maintain highest level of Customer Service Professionalism with Referring DVM's 

Anesthesia Technician
